During my time as a Research Assistant at ITIM, I conducted in-depth investigations on honey, orange and apple samples to detect potential adulteration with high fructose corn syrup. Employing Isotope-ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS), I analyzed δ13C values in honey and its protein, utilizing combustion to convert organic matter to CO2 and measuring the results with IRMS.

In my current pursuit of a Master's degree, I am immersed in the fascinating field of bioinformatics for health sciences. Although only a brief time has passed, I've already acquired a multitude of valuable skills, such as knowledge in R, Perl and Python programming languages.

I explored a cutting-edge program that delves into the practical application of biological processes for industrial purposes. Through a diverse curriculum that covers bioengineering, bioprocessing, genetic engineering, and informatics, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the field. The program places a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental consciousness, training me to develop innovative solutions that align with global demands.
