A web-based platform that allows users to record, track, and analyze medication usage, associated conditions, side effects, and treatment outcomes. The system stores structured clinical data and provides an interactive dashboard for monitoring and filtering personal treatment history.

This web application performs multiple sequence alignment using Clustal Omega. Users can submit protein sequences in FASTA format, provide UniProt or PDB identifiers, or upload a file. The application retrieves the corresponding sequences when necessary, runs the alignment, and returns the results in the selected output format.

This exercise consists of designing a data model for a hospital clinical trials support service. The system manages information about clinical studies, user roles, and pseudonymized participants.
