Developed an automatic pricing model for imported biochemical assay products and a process-tracking system to monitor company workflows. Applied bioinformatics principles to an unfamiliar field to build robust and pragmatic systems. Furthermore, I was allowed to design and execute my own systems under supervision. This led to the creation of an automatic task tracking system with statistics and personalized timelines, as well as an automatic complaint ticket handling system, which stores all communications for traceability, and uses AI to summarize the whole process. This last project also led to the small but effective implementation of a partially automated internal communications system, and the automated storage and handling of customer data, with personalized dashboards for every role interested. As of my last update, all systems are currently operational, regardless of my absence.
