Something Fun

Four mini-games with a bioinformatics twist. Take a break from the science.

01 — Arcade
Base Pair Catcher
DNA bases rain from above. Your paddle IS a base — catch only its complement (A to T, G to C) and dodge the rest. Speed picks up every level.
DNA Keyboard Mouse
Arrow keys or mouse to move paddle
Play
02 — Snake
Amino Acid Snake
Classic snake — but every food pellet is a random amino acid (ALA, TRP, PHE...). Collect them to build a growing protein sequence. Don't bite yourself.
Proteins WASD Arrows
WASD or arrow keys to steer
Play
03 — Simulation
Reaction-Diffusion
A living Gray-Scott simulation of two chemicals reacting and diffusing. Click or drag to seed the reaction and watch Turing patterns emerge in real time.

04 — Sandbox
Particle Sandbox
An interactive physics playground. Hundreds of particles float through space. Switch between attract, repel, freeze, and ignite modes to bend them to your will.
