This is a photo of the data model. I considered the "Reference" as the papers where we obtain information from the studied genes (a gene appears in many papers and a paper contains information about many genes). The "Analysis" is every experiment, and as the result is per gene but also per analysis, it's connected to the "Analysis has gene" table (as a gene can appear in multiple experiments and an experiment can study multiple genes from the same sample) - the result is for every specific gene result for every specific experiment.
