Performing Multiple Sequence Alignment with Clustal-Omega

Clustal Omega is a multiple sequence alignment program that generates alignments between three or more sequences. For more information: Clustal Omega Website

STEP 1 - Enter your input sequences

Uniprot IDs Enter a set of Uniprot IDs separated by commas and without spaces between them (ex: id1,id2,id3, NOT id1, id2, id3).

Protein sequences (in FASTA) Paste a set of protein sequences in FASTA format (ex: >id1...).
