Helixcopter slides

These are slides of the prototype and the data model that we presented in class. However, we have decided to limit our tool to a particular family of proteins (the basic helix-loop-helix or bHLH transcription factor family). We have also changed the data model (you can consult the current model in this web) and renamed the web to Helixcopter.
