Hello! I'm Leyao, a master's student in Bioinformatics for Health Sciences at Pompeu Fabra
University (UPF). I previously studied Biotechnology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). My main interests lie in proteins,
structural bioinformatics, and molecular dynamics—I enjoy exploring biomolecules through computational tools.
Outside of academics, I'm a foodie who loves trying new cuisines and combining my passion for food with traveling. I
also enjoy drawing to relax and recently picked up crochet as a fun new hobby. I sometimes volunteer—this past
summer, I volunteered at a cat rescue, which was a heartwarming experience. As you may realize, I'm an anime fan,
especially One Piece, which even inspired me to create this website dedicated to it.
Overall, I'm a person who
is always eager to learn, discover new things, and balance my scientific curiosity with creative hobbies and personal passions.
