Choose 4 colours that will be applied to this preset style as the 4 main colours. Depending on the style of the preset these colours will apply differently.
f.i. for a protein view:

Whereas for a protein with surface and a ligand:
1)Surface, 2)Protein ribbon, 3)Ligand..."

If this style has a surface associated, you can choose wheter to display it or not and its transparency.
